Terms of Service

These terms apply to the TryTry app and this website, operated from Australia.

The service

• TryTry generates AI visualisations of you wearing garments or styles. Every generated look is watermarked and labelled as AI-generated. They are visualisations, not photographs — colours, fit and detail will differ from any real garment.
• You must be 18 or older to use TryTry.

Your content and conduct

• You may only upload photos of yourself (or garments you want to try). Uploading photos of anyone else without being that person is prohibited.
• There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You may not use TryTry to create inappropriate, sexual, or harmful content. Our AI providers apply their own moderation and automatically reject such content.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service to you.
• Content can be reported in-app and is reviewed within 24 hours; offending accounts are suspended or removed.

Credits and subscriptions

• Looks are paid for with credits (1 look = 10 credits), bought as one-off packs or granted by a TryTry Pro subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
• Credits are a licence to use the service: they have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-redeemable. Credits do not expire.
• If a paid generation fails, the credits for it are automatically returned to your balance.
• Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple under App Store policy. Where Apple refunds a purchase, the credits it granted are removed from your balance.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your App Store settings; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't remove credits already granted.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for it.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to circumvent moderation, safety checks, free-tier limits, or payment; probe, scrape or overload the service; or use it to infringe anyone's rights. Accounts that try will be suspended.
